How can I return an item?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Note that personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, all items that show Out of stock on the website WILL be back. Discontinued items will be removed from the website completely. 

Please allow a week or so for out of stock items to be back in stock.

How is the recipient reimbursed?

Upon approval of your return, the reimbursement will be processed to the original method of payment. For credit or debit card payments, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer. If you paid via bank transfer, please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be credited back. For purchases made with gift cards, the amount will be reissued as a new gift card.

Delivery Information

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your information, including copies of your receipts on the My Account page.

Please be aware that this is only possible if you signed up online. In all other cases or if you have any questions related to your sales receipts, you can reach out to our billing team directly through

Click on My Account under your user menu to access your receipts.

How long do I have to return an order?

For most items, you have up to 14 days to notify us of a return, then up to 14 days after that to send it back. There are some exceptions. Personalised items (Mugs, Tshirts, Business Cards, Keyrings, etc…) CANNOT be returned or refunded, unless faulty. So please make sure that your order is correct at the time of ordering.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Our team will then begin processing your order, which includes preparing your items for shipment. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

How long will delivery take?

In most cases, the entire process from sorting to delivery services takes around 48 hours, (depending on the item(s) you order), custom-printed items may take a bit longer but we will usually give you a rough estimate on when they will be delivered if you get in touch with us directly after ordering.

Factors such as weather and traffic can occasionally cause delays. If your package is delayed, you can usually track it by checking the delivery status online.

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements. You can see the shipping fees on the checkout process before the payment is made.
